Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services

Meepra Technologies (“Company”) provides precision machining services—including VMC, CNC turning, and conventional milling—along with job work for custom components. Any services requested are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Quotations & Orders
  • All quotes provided by the Company are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Work proceeds only after receipt of a written purchase order referencing the Company’s quote or confirmed via email.
  • The Company reserves the right to reject or revise any order due to pricing errors, scope changes, or material unavailability.
Pricing & Payment Terms
  • Prices include machining, inspection, and standard packaging. Any special requirements, materials, or expedited services may incur additional charges.
  • Payment terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice (or as agreed in writing). A late payment fee of 1.5% per month may be charged on overdue balances.
  • Taxes, duties, and shipping costs shall be borne by the client unless otherwise specified.
Lead Time & Delivery
  • Lead times provided are estimates. The Company will not be responsible for delays due to raw material shortages, quality issues, shipping disruption, or client-driven changes.
  • Delivery terms are Ex Works (EXW) from our Ahmedabad facility unless otherwise agreed.
Changes & Cancellation
  • Any changes or cancellations must be requested in writing. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, subject to work progress and availability.
  • Cancellation charges may apply: materials procured and labor performed up to the point of cancellation will be billed in full.
Quality & Inspection
  • All parts are inspected to the tolerances and specifications detailed in the agreed drawings and contract.
  • The Company’s standard inspection includes dimensional checks, surface finish validation, and visual inspection.
  • Any deviation must be reported within five business days of receipt. Unreported discrepancies may not be eligible for warranty claims.
Warranty
  • The Company warrants that its workmanship will conform to the agreed specifications.
  • This warranty lasts 30 days from delivery. Remedies are limited to repair, rework, or replacement of non-conforming parts.
  • The warranty does not apply to defects caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair, or modifications.
Intellectual Property
  • All drawings, designs, and hardware provided by the client remain the property of the client.
  • The Company retains ownership of any proprietary fixtures, tooling, programs, and jigs used in production.
Confidentiality
  • Both parties agree to treat all shared data and proprietary information as confidential.
  • Confidential information may only be used for fulfilling the contract and must not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
Liability & Indemnity
  • The Company’s maximum liability under any contract is limited to the total amount invoiced for the specific order.
  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from losses, damages, or claims resulting from use of delivered components, except where due to the Company’s negligence.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ahmedabad, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Force Majeure
  • The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, material shortages, or government actions.
  • In such cases, delivery schedules will be extended accordingly and both parties shall make reasonable efforts to resume normal performance.
Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with any written agreement and specifications, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior communications or representations.
